William specializes in estate planning, and estate and trust administration for individuals, families, and business owners. William has a keen understanding of the changing tax and estate laws. He knows how to structure estate plans that take full advantage of key state and federal laws to meet clients’ needs and goals, and counsels clients through all stages of their estates’ life cycles.

William earned his LLM in Taxation and graduated with honors from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as special visitor for the probate court and as a will’s scrivener. While in law school he was also elected to the Pro Bono Board and was a senior editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trusts and Estates Journal.William completed his undergraduate studies in chemistry at the prestigious Furman University in South Carolina. 

William is a welcome addition to The Michael Law Group.
